Who doesn’t love cookie dough? Make it without egg and you have a tasty snack.
|2 ½ cups||all-purpose flour|
|1 teaspoon||baking soda|
|1 cup (2 sticks)||butter, softened|
|¾ cup||granulated sugar|
|¾ cup||packed brown sugar|
|1 teaspoon||vanilla extract|
|2 large||eggs (or ½ c. water)|
|2 cups||Chocolate chips|
|Before you start your mise en place, determine if you’re making dough to eat or dough to bake. For dough to eat, for each egg needed, replace it with ¼ c. water. It will keep the dough moist and prevent food poisoning from Salmonella.
