Amy’s No Bake Cookies
These quick, easy no-bake cookies satisfy the craving for a sweet treat!
|1/3||c.||unsweetened cocoa powder|
|½||c.||creamy peanut butter|
|3 ½||c.||quick oats|
|1.||Cover 2 baking sheets with waxed paper. Place a piece of masking tape on the edge of each piece of waxed paper. Label the tape with the period and your kitchen number.|
|2.||In a large saucepan combine sugar, cocoa, milk and butter.|
|3.||Stir continuously on medium heat until mixture comes to a rolling boil. Continue boiling for 1 minute.|
|4.||Remove from heat and add peanut butter and oats. Stir until well mixed.|
|5.||Using a portioner, quickly drop the chocolate mixture in spoonfuls onto the waxed paper.|
|6.||Set in fridge for about 10 minutes to set.|
|7.||Serve and enjoy
