Coffee Punch

Ingredients

  • 8 cups decaf coffee, cooled
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • Toppings if desired: whipped cream, chocolate sauce, or caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Brew coffee and add in the sugar while it is still warm. Refrigerate until cold (I like to refrigerate it overnight). When ready to serve add the coffee, milk, and vanilla to a punch bowl. Stir well. Add scoops of the ice cream on top and give it a stir. Serve in punch cups or small mason jars. Let guests top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, or caramel sauce, if desired.
